5 stars! Fantastic experience. We were greeted on arrival and offered a bubbles. My stylist Kalani was absolutely amazing! She was warm, welcoming, so knowledgeable and reassuring. She made an overwhelming experience very easy! Another team member joined us and she was also so helpful in identifying how I was feeling about each dress. My friends and I felt so supported throughout the whole process. And a bonus, we found the one!! Thank you Kalani & Luv team! Would recommend!!

What a wonderful experience! From the variety of the gowns through to the employees the entire experience was just flawless. Staff were friendly and helpful, their knowledge and enthusiasm was refreshing! The store was absolutely stunning, well laid out and clean! 10/10 experience. Cannot wait to go back!
